Good Location to old town. All staff very kind, polite and helpful. Henry was extremely accommodating in helping us find the exact suitable room for us. Hotel facilities are as described. We stayed in deluxe double room and it was perfect for the 2 of us for 5 days. We had 2 windows, not for view purposes but for natural light. If this is important to you consider when booking as some rooms have no windows but are priced accordingly. If you’re a light sleeper try and get a room away from the lift. We stayed in 801 and it was lovely.

Great location in a quiet street in the Old Quarter with easy access to Grab, and walking distance to many popular spots. Staff was very welcoming, helpful and attentive. Our room was a good size for two of us, with enough space for our suitcases and even a little seating area. Bed was the most comfortable we've had during our time in Vietnam, with nice linens and good pillows. Bathroom was a bit tight but still good space for one person at a time, only recomendation would be to provide newer towels. Since it was in a quieter street we didn't have any trouble with traffic noise at bedtime. Great cafe two doors down, "Hidden Gem cafe" which came in handy for breakfast.

We traveled from very far and arrived at 9am in the hotel. We were advised by the lobby receptionist that they would let us know when a room was available earlier and to our surprise they were able to accommodate us at 11am and also upgrade our room! I really appreciate the attention and the sensibility of the staff as they noticed we were extremely exhausted from the long trip and went out of their way to accommodate us! Location is perfect (right next to bus meeting point to go to Sapa) and in the heart of Old Town.

I really liked my stay in this hotel. Upon arrival I was upgraded to a room with a small balcony, which allowed me to observe city life on a street. There is no breakfast in this hotel which I prefer because there are some lovely cafes nearby - Hidden Gem Cafe is just next door. The hotel has old elegant charm and very comfy beds. I would stay there again.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect—close to major attractions yet peaceful and quiet. I also appreciated the delicious breakfast buffet with a wide variety of choices. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a relaxing stay.

We absolutely loved this hotel perfectly positioned in the heart of the OldQuarter. The beautiful tasteful room had a Parisian feel and was very clean and comfortable . The exceptionally kind and helpful staff made it really special-dear Henry, Maya and another lovely lady whose name I am so sorry I didn’t check before leaving. Loved the little resident dog “Lucky”! We are jealous of her living there😊

We stayed 3 nights at Madeline and loved it. Perfect location. Close to everything. Room very clean and the bed; SO COMFORTABLE!! The pillows too! Real bonus. For us, it was luxury on this budget trip. The staff is amazing and very nice. Always happy to assist you. We had an early check in with no additional charges. They have scooters to rent for the adventurous brave enough to ride in Hanoi. 🤤👌

Check in is fast, I love hotel staffs, kind, friendly. Location is good, walking distance to attractions, hotel is in central with lots of good street foods and restaurants. Hotel areas is safe and quiet at night. The room is clean, bed very comfy, I love that the shower has strong water pressure.Also they kept my luggage after I checked out so I can spend more time in the city while waiting for my flight

The hotel is super clean and the rooms are very spacious. To our surprise there was no outside noise in the evening and we could rest very well! The staff is very kind and ready to help you at anytime. We initially booked a room without a window but they upgraded us to one with a balcony, for free! The hotel is situated in the old quarter near to absolutely everything. We would definitely come back!

The room is extremely clean and in great condition. There is everything you need equippped for a comfortable stay. The service and attitude provided by the staff is top-notch. They went beyond their main responsibilities to help me out with motorbike rental, package delivery, food recommendation…The location is super convenient, right at the heart of the city, 6 minutes walk from the Old Quarter. The exterior and interior look neat and aesthetic.
